There is a minimum of 8 guests required to book the Cabana Parties, 24 for the wave party. The Splash Package minimum is 30 while The Aqua Bash is a 40 guest minimum.
Birthday packages may be altered after submitting the order form up to three (3) days in advance. Add-ons must be made through the website. A link will be sent out after your party is booked and is available till 3 days prior to your event.
EVERY guest entering the park must have their own ticket regardless if they will be swimming or not.
Extra or unused admission tickets are valid after your event , during normal operating hours throughout the 2023 season as space prohibits.
Additional or specialized food (i.e. salads, nachos, ect.) can be purchased through your birthday host or at the Concessions window the day of your event.
Aqua Adventure does not allow outside food or drink into the waterpark, including candy, or treats. Birthday cakes may be brought into the park only by booking a party package. Cakes must be ¼ sheet or smaller and no ice cream cakes are allowed. Candy is allowed in goody bags, but no gum markers or whistles. Aqua Adventure reserves the right to refuse item's. COOLERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Decorations are permitted in your Hut as long as they are contained to your table area and completely cleaned and removed by the end of your party hut time. Any damage to the hut will be the responsibility of the booking party.
Due to safety reasons, we are unable to allow guests into the park before opening to set up or decorate.
On the day of your event, please check in at the Sales window located at the front gate of the park. There are two options for ticket distribution. 1.) You can email or print and distribute tickets to your guest. 2.)Supply us a guest and we will print and hand out your tickets for you. Aqua Adventure staff will not be responsible for lost tickets. Guests will need proper identification to pick up tickets.
For Parties with Participants under 12 years of Age: As the Party host or hostess, you are required to ensure that your party guests are adequately supervised. You and your adult guests must assist in supervising the group (especially children under 12). We strongly suggest a ratio of 1 adult to 7 kids for those 7 years and younger and a ratio of 1 adult per 10 kids for those 8 – 11 years. Parents and chaperones require a ticket and must be included in your total party number.
Life jackets are provided in the park (on a first come first serve basis) and should be worn by weak or non-swimmers. Please ensure your party guests are informed and fitted as needed. If you need assistance fitting life jackets please inform a member of our staff and we will be happy to help.
As the Party host or hostess, you are required to ensure that your party guests are advised of the park rules and that they understand the operation of each ride and/or attraction. Please read, and instruct your guests to read all park rules posted at the main gate and each attraction. In consideration for the use of the Aqua Adventure property, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and defend the Aqua Adventure, and hold it and its officers, employees and agents harmless for any and all claims, demands, and causes of actions or liabilities arising out of injuries to or the death of any person. Also to include injury or damaged to any property arising from use of such property.
PARK CLOSES AT 4PM MON-THURS AND 5PM FRI-SUN. PLAN ON COLLECTING YOUR PERSONALS 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND HEADING TO THE EXITS AT CLOSING. PLEASE PLAN YOUR EVENT ACCORDINGLY.</span>
No cancellations less than 30 days out given without cancellation fee. Fee is up to 50%. No refunds given less than 14 days out.
