<li>Pricing does not include admission into the park.</li>
<li>Cakes/Cupcakes are only permitted with the "Cake Fee" add on. Cakes must be kept at your Cabana (We&nbsp;do not have fridge space).</li>
<li>Umbrellas and cabanas may be taken down during inclement weather, including high winds.</li>
<li>Cancellations made 2 weeks before the scheduled visit date will be issued a refund.</li>
<li>Cancellations made less then 2 weeks before the scheduled visit date may be transfered to another date at no charge (pending availability).</li>
<li>Cancellations the day of the scheduled visit or "No shows" will not receive a refund or transfer.</li>
<li>18% Service fee is added for In-Cabana Food Service orders.</li>
<li>Cabanas are also available in the sun shop for &ldquo;day of&rdquo; rentals if available and&nbsp;as quantities last.</li>
</ul>
<p>EVERY guest entering the park must have their own ticket regardless if they will be swimming or not.</p>
<p>Aqua Adventure does not allow outside food, drink, or coolers to be brought&nbsp;into the waterpark, including candy, or treats. Birthday cakes may be brought into the park only by booking a party package.&nbsp; Aqua Adventure reserves the right to refuse item's.</p>
<p>Due to safety reasons, we are unable to allow guests into the park before opening.</p>
<p>For&nbsp;Groups with Participants under 12 years of Age: As the&nbsp;Group host or hostess, you are required to ensure that your party guests are adequately supervised. You and your adult guests must assist in supervising the group (especially children under 12). We&nbsp;require a parent/guardian to be in the water with young/non-swimmer&nbsp;children.&nbsp;We strongly suggest a parent or guardian be in the water with&nbsp;all children (even those that can siwm) until they are 12 years old.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Life jackets are provided in the park (on a first come first serve basis) and should be worn by weak or non-swimmers. Please ensure your party guests are informed and fitted as needed. If you need assistance fitting life jackets please inform a member of our staff and we will be happy to help.</p>
<p>As the&nbsp;group host or hostess, you are required to ensure that your&nbsp;group guests are advised of the park rules and that they understand the operation of each ride and/or attraction. Please read, and instruct your guests to read all park rules posted at the main gate and each attraction. In consideration for the use of the Aqua Adventure property, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and defend the Aqua Adventure, and hold it and its officers, employees and agents harmless for any and all claims, demands, and causes of actions or liabilities arising out of injuries to or the death of any person. Also to include injury or damaged to any property arising from use of such property.</p>
<p>PARK CLOSES AT 4PM MON-THURS AND 5PM FRI-SUN. PLAN ON COLLECTING YOUR PERSONALS 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND HEADING TO THE EXITS AT CLOSING. PLEASE PLAN YOUR EVENT ACCORDINGLY.&nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;</p>
