All ticket sales once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Admission is only guaranteed on reservation date as park may sell out.
Payment is due the day of your visit and must be made by a check or credit card issued to the agency. In the case you would like to be invoiced after your visit, a $10 fee will be applied.
No hard tickets will be needed for admission. On the day of your event, check in at the admissions window.
At least one chaperone is needed per 10 campers (ages 8 and higher) and one chaperone per 7 campers (ages 7 and younger) One Chaperone ticket is free for every 10 campers.
We understand that when making the initial reservation it is an estimate, we would appreciate a firm number 10 days prior to your visit. Failure to show up or inaccurate estimates could result in termination of future reservations.
FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS OF PARK STAFF. Failure to follow rules and instructions may result in serious injury. There is an inherent risk of injury participating in waterpark activities and by entering this facility you assume full risk of personal injury and loss of property.
